3 Overnight Oats recipes with our Eco-wrap coconut bowl.
What is Eco-wrap?
Eco-wrap is our attempt to take a tiny step to a greener earth by reducing packaging wastage. Eco-wrap includes a coconut shell wastage that has been polished and therefore can be reused as a bowl for everyday use. The coconut shell is wrapped in a biodegradable bamboo material and then knotted by using wastage of 'Eceng Gondok'. (read more on our Eco-wrap description)
1. Peanut butter Overnight Oats.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter of your choice
- 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips / lotus biscuit (optional)
- 2 cups of rolled oats.
2. Berries Overnight Oats.
Ingredients:
- Blueberries (up to your preference)
- Strawberries (up to your preference)
- 1/2 cup
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 cup of Greek yoghurt
- Cashew nuts (for garnish)
- 2 cups of rolled oats
3. Protein Powder Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Protein Powder
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of Vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp of cranberries
- 1 tbsp of raisin
- 1/2 of sliced kiwi.
