3 Overnight Oats recipes with our Eco-wrap coconut bowl.


 

 

 

 

 

What is Eco-wrap?

Eco-wrap is our attempt to take a tiny step to a greener earth by reducing packaging wastage. Eco-wrap includes a coconut shell wastage that has been polished and therefore can be reused as a bowl for everyday use. The coconut shell is wrapped in a biodegradable bamboo material and then knotted by using wastage of 'Eceng Gondok'.  (read more on our Eco-wrap description)

 

 

 

 

1. Peanut butter Overnight Oats. 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter of your choice 
  • 1/2 cups of milk 
  • 2 tbsp of honey 
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips / lotus biscuit (optional)
  • 2 cups of rolled oats.

 

 2. Berries Overnight Oats. 

Ingredients:

  • Blueberries (up to your preference) 
  • Strawberries (up to your preference) 
  • 1/2 cup
  • 2 tbsp of honey 
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder 
  • 1 cup of Greek yoghurt 
  • Cashew nuts (for garnish) 
  • 2 cups of rolled oats

3. Protein Powder Overnight Oats 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop of Protein Powder 
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 1 tbsp of Vanilla essence 
  • 1/2 cup of milk 
  • 2 tbsp of cranberries 
  • 1 tbsp of raisin 
  • 1/2 of sliced kiwi.
